Fsf January 2009 Competition

This is my effort at the end of 2 days of solid catch up after 2 weeks of time out with kids and hubbie.

 

1. CWDC - Competition Winner (or Childcare Workers) Deserves Credit

2. DCSF - Despairing of Council's Silly Forms

3. OFSTED - Offer Forum Subscribers Therapy Every Day

4. SALT - Sharing And Learning Together

5. SENCO - Spending Endless Nights on the Computer Online

6. EYPS - Earn Your Perfect Salary (ha, ha, ha)

7. EYFS - End of Year, Feeling Stressed

8. IEP - Irritating, Expectant Parents

9. EAL - Endless Assessment of Learning

10. SEAD - Spending Endless Amounts of Dosh (I wish)

 

That's finished me off, need a lie down now!

How about:-

 

1. CWDC Children’s welfare definitely championed

 

2. DCSF Double children’s services funding!

 

3. OFSTED Old friends shouldn’t treat everyone disrespectfully

 

4. SALT Shouting awfully loudly? Tactless!

 

5. SENCO Shouldn’t everyone’s needs count? Obviously!

 

6. EYPS Evidently you’re preoccupied... studying?

 

7. EYFS Everything youngsters find stimulating

 

8. IEP I encourage progress

 

9. EAL Entails added learning

 

10. SEAD So everyone’s ‘appy, darling!

Hi chaps - liking what I've read so far.

 

What about -

 

CWDC - Christmas? Welcome debt collection.

DCSF-Delegate costs somewhere far.

OFSTED- Offspring fully satisfied, total evengelical delight

SALT - Scrooge and leftover turkey

SENCO- Seasons ever new changing optimism

EYPS- Every year promises spring

EYFS- Each year fully satisfies

IEP - I embrace promise

EAL - Everyone and all

SEAD- So ends another December.

1. CWDC Cross words don't count.

 

2. DCSF Double chocolate sugar frosting.

 

3. OFSTED Often feel short tempered, even desperate.

 

4. SALT Several alternate learning theories.

 

5. SENCO Sometimes everyone needs chocolate orange.

 

6. EYPS Every year paranoia starts.

 

7. EYFS Everyone yearns for security.

 

8. IEP It's experimental,people.

 

9. EAL Everyone allowed lollies.

 

10. SEAD/L Someone's eaten all desserts.

9. EAL - Exhibit angelic leanings.

 

10. SEAD - Sell everyone a dram.

Rules:

1. Only one entry per abbreviation per member is allowed. If you can only come up with something for one of the above then feel free to submit that one - you never know, it may well be the one that strikes everyone as the best!

So we'll be voting for the best definition of each abbreviation? So you'll have ten winners?

No, but if someone came up with one thing that was resoundingly brilliant then members may decide that is the winner despite there only being one! :o

Ok this is my rubbish attemped whilst watching Wild at Heart last night (animal theme :o ):

 

1)CWDC - Cows Will Deliver Calves.

2)DCSF - Do Cows See Flies!

3)OFSTED - Old Fish See Tanks Eels Together.

4)SALT - See Ants Laughing Together.

5) SENCO - Speical Elephants Need Cuddles Often.

6)EYPS - Elephants Yell Play Sunday.

7) EYFS - Eels Yean For Salt!

8)IEP - Insect, Elephants, Panda!

9)EAL -Elephant And Lions.

10)SEAD - See Eels And Dolphins.
