Guest Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 Sorry can't really show you but I can tell you we have a double sided weekly planning sheet and the days are sectioned off to make space to evaluate daily, then weekly they are collated for next week's planning...does that make sense? Guest Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 This is a format i use to evaluate my activity planning Revised_EYFS_Activity_Evaluatin.doc The actual planning is printed on the other side. My weekly planning is done on an enhanced continuous provision sheet and I just use a code of smiley/sad faces if they've used/not used or enjoyed/not enjoyed the additional resources/experiences provided hope this helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
