We have 2 module essays to hand in on 23rd March, one on the above and the other on Personal Social and Emotional Dev. They are based mainly on observations! Without seeing the assignment criteria (or at least a brief description of them!) it is hard to say. You say it is based on observations - is this on an individual child or groups of children? My initial reaction would be to start by thinking what creativity means to you and think about how your setting enables children to develop it. Similarly, perhaps you could think about what you think is important for promoting children's PSED and go from there. Sorry that's not much help but I'm sure others will be along with their ideas.
