Work Life Balance

Just kick started my work life balance. Doing my usual Friday night 2 glasses of red wine falling asleep by 9, woke up at 2 am by my teenage son saying he was home by climbing in his bedroom window ( another story) I decided to grip the bull by the horns and do something.

This morning went on a 45 min bike ride. I saw some beautiful snowdrops scattered about. The sheep where grazing making lots of noise, the cows just gave me a funny look, probably cos I looked so funny and the birds where having a good sing. I even had a whizz down a huge bank to brush the cob webs off. Great feeling :)

Will be doing some school work today but I have decided to go and see a movie tonight all by myself. Next step induction to gym and best of all I have managed to release some endorphins to keep me going. Going to have a good brunch before my next step. Hope I am not saddle sore tommorrow. Hope you are trying to make time for yourself today.
