Story Making And Developing Imagination

Does anyone have any ideas for developing imagination with the topic of water? I already have the frozen teddy and the frozen key but have come to a stand still.

what about listening to the sea or a water fall or one of these water cd's or the rain and making up stories or acting out a drama.
