Guest
Hello all! A quick question... I understand that the EYFS document has 'ages and stages' (22 - 36 months etc..) but how do these relate to the profile points on the large overview poster showing the areas of learning and the 1-9 points down the side? I'm probably not communicating my confusion very clearly but it has been a heavy week!! Do the 'ages and stages' correspond to the 1-9 points? Any help gratefully received! Guest
Hi teachy The ages and stages refer to what comes before the ELG or 1 - 9. If you look in Development Matters the ELGs are in bold and Development matters is what comes before these.
