AnonyMouse_4177
Well thank you Suzanne If you'd care to catch the live performance I can pretty much guarantee that I'll be belting them out at our Nativity, surrounded by silent children. Guest
Oh Barb I hear you!! I'm a bit worried about my solo!! I've had b***hing mothers in the playground saying what a waste of time it is to do a Nativity grrrrrrrr. Not saying it to the staff tho! Thanks for these songs ladies - just what I've been looking for. I'll add them to my little resource book on my site if that's OK.
Guest
we get those mothers too pandamonium, I was asked by one parent if her child could NOT be an angel, but still in full costume of another kind, and can she have a speaking part - the child is only 2 years old! i know were expected to perform wonders in early years, but not sure the children are quite ready for this. we have around 50-60 parents and families come to watch, as well as all 180 primary school children and teachers and TA's ect. as soon as the curtain opens, all the children either go into shock or start shouting to their mum they have just spotted in the crowd. anyway, i will still do it, even though i dont get any thanks from parents (just moans about their child not being the angel, not speaking, didnt sing loud enough, etc - you know how it goes. the school thank me though, so thats nice.
