Guest Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 Just responded to the "noise" debate and thought I would share my "We can" signs I use in my preschool. Hope you like them
Guest Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 the last one we place by the box of tissues and the last one
AnonyMouse_3735 Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 Ok peggy, lovely idea , walk not run bu the tissues, has someone told all the childrens noses something we dont know. mmm.. perhaps we should start a campaign...., could be interesting.... Inge

Guest Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 I can see myself designing more signs now..... noses...We can blow....but not pick... Picture of child blowing up at his nose I have shown a child how I can touch my nose with my tongue, I will attach the photo I took. noses..... We can lick... but not run...... Peggy
AnonyMouse_3735 Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 look forward with anticipation to the new and revised versions Inge
Guest Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 took me a while to find it and disguise features, and attach
AnonyMouse_79 Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 Interesting photo! Can you put it into context, though? Which ELG did this contribute to!?
Helen Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 I think it's Maths; measuring distances using nonstandard units
AnonyMouse_79 Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 Hey this could make a good caption/ context competition!
AnonyMouse_3735 Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 Wat a good idea, how about "look no tissues" Inge
AnonyMouse_2732 Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 This is obviously going to be an epic! Frantically racking brains (what brains!! ) for a suitable contribution....... Sue
AnonyMouse_1490 Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 Looks like some " Mr Tongue" exercises that I have done with children who have limited speaking skills.
Guest Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 It comes under physical Can you touch your toes, can you touch your nose (with your tongue) your nose not your toes.....or can you touch your toes...with your tongue. (never tried it myself ) p.s. bubblejack, this child is having speech therapy maybe he is more practiced than I am Peggy
Steve Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 After some experimentation, I'd like to announce that I can still touch my toes with my tongue. Fortunately no digital camera was present...
Guest alisonjayne Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 What a shame Steve, get that camera set up for next time!!!!!
Guest Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 i`m not sure you should be sharing that sort of information with us steve! maddy.
