Guest kelh81
Hi, We have had the dreaded call and they are coming on Wednesday and Thursday next week As part of my KUW focus I planned to examine a real egg, both inside and out, and I wondered about the health and safety aspects of children handling raw eggs- does anyone know if there is guidance on this or should I just stay clear and go with something safer?! Thank you K
AnonyMouse_2157
are these any help? basically it talks about keeping eggs in the fridge until you need them and then ensuring hands are washed before and after handling. Oh, and the other obvious thing is to make sure no one has an allergy to eggs- apologies if I am teaching grandma to suck eggs http://www.helium.com/items/873647-how-to-...n-a-safe-manner http://msucares.com/health/food_safety/foodfaq24.html
AnonyMouse_3735
do a risk assessment and show you are minimising any risk from raw eggs.. they love those! Inge
