AnonyMouse_15046
I am a registered childminder and I have decided that I need to get more formal with my risk assessments. Up til now I have been using a notebook to make notes of risk assessment but using no particular format. I just wondered I there might be a lovely kind person on this forum who is willing to share any form they use. It could be a daily checklist or something more comprehensive for an annual assessment. Whatever you've got would be fab. I would be really grateful. I have looked on the NCMA website but can't find anything. Fingers crossed.....
