Early Years Interview Question About Outdoors

I wonder if anyone has experience of interviewing for early years posts. I am looking for a good question linked to outdoor learning in the Foundation Stage and am looking for inspiration for a challenging question.

 

Any ideas appreciated - looking for something along lines of benefits of learning outside but also want to incorporate learning in different weather conditions !!
