AnonyMouse_7677
I have a new child starting with us who has a medical condition called Hemangioma which affects his lower face. I have found some info but just wondered if anyone has a child at their setting with this condition and what special measures did you have to put in place to support? I understand that if he knocks his face that it can cause bruising in the area affected.
AnonyMouse_79
Arent Hemangiomas what are otherwise known as birthmarks? Some can be very large and unsightly. Do you need to take any extra precautions other than those you would normally take for any child? Have you consulted the parents?
