Fair Processing Notice

Hello,

 

Does anybody have a Fair Processing Notice they have written for a day care setting?

 

I had one at my old nursery and am now in a new role starting from scratch and cannot remember what it included or why we really needed it?!

 

Can anyone enlighten me?
