AnonyMouse_1490
As a supervisor I feel now that the pressure is off because at last it has turned around to a play based curriculum again. The key person system enables all staff to contribute to planning. Staff are more enthuisiastic to think and try out new activities. They all help each other to buy, borrow and adapt existing resourses. In the past it was left to me to do this. Staff have at last realised the benefit of outdoor play and because they have to plan for it they are keen to implement it. The funding from the capital grant to help us implement the EYFS has also helped because it has paid for refurbishment of garden area and a secure outdoor storage area. Guest
IN my school nothing has changed as we had key worker groups and they were responsible for planning etc. We havent had much extra money except to have the room painted, but we have no resouces outside!! The head just said the children break or lose it, eventhough there are 90 children
