AnonyMouse_19762
Hi titchy and a very warm welcome to the forum! This is not really what you asked for but may be worth considering......the NEC offer some training on Observations.......think it is around £40.........and is Level 2.........it maybe that your staff are already too experienced for this? AnonyMouse_15046
'How to Observe Children' Sheila Riddall-Leech. She goes through lots of different techniques and then leads you through how to use the information you get from them. I like the Hobart and Frankel one too 'A Practical Guide to CHild Observation and Assessment'.
AnonyMouse_8466
I like the Sharman, Cross and Vennis book 'Observing Children' too and used it a lot for my DPP. You can find the newest edition of it on Amazon here! Welcome to the Forum! Maz
