Guest
Not sure which 'heading' to put this under! I have seen a lovely activity where children are cutting pink spaghetti in a big container. Would you cook the spaghetti at nursery or do it first at home? How long can you keep using the same spaghetti for from an H+ S point of view? Really want to try it! AnonyMouse_3735
depends on facilities but we used to cook at the setting if we needed anything cooked... Not seen this one but think that time and how long to use it would not be an issue as it would be thoroughly mangled in one day..( well would have been in my setting!) AnonyMouse_64
When we used spaghetti we too would cook it up freshly in the morning, use it for that session and then discard.
AnonyMouse_13453
We use rice noodles instead (we have a coeliac child with dermatitis herpetiformis) - just put them in boiling water from the kettle and leave whilst the children are arriving then it's ready when they are! Put food colouring in if you want - all great fun
