Hi Sarah,

 

I think it may depend upon you and your role within the school. However I have put my policy first which clearly sets our aims and objectives as well as how we aim to deliver the foundation stage. Then I have sectioned my file so that it indicates the long term plan for the foundation stage (this incorporates our continuous provision and any key experiences/activities we aim to offer through the year. I have additional policies for Observations, key worker, health and safety...

I have a section for each class which covers monitoring of planning and assessment and tracking.

 

There is also a section on SEF, CPD, Parental info, etc.
