AnonyMouse_24029
I was observed by Ofsted (I have been teaching 3 months in total - I am still an NQT) and I got Satisfactory with Outstanding features. Can someone please explain to me what the 'outstanding features' part is? Also, was this a good grade to get? Many thanks
Guest
I'd guess that it was you were fine overall (the satisfactory bit) but the inspector could see your potential was huge, so for instance your classroom management might have been outstanding, or your relationships with children. Confusing, but I think you should be pleased?

AnonyMouse_19683
Shouldn't that be 'good with outstanding features'?
