Would like to get one up and running for my setting and really do not know where to start!! Have had a browse around and dont seem to be able to find anything!! Please help!! Practical steps to obchieve objective..... Actions ...... Summary of actions ................ Roles and responabilites..... Who is responable............. Target date ..... Start and completion dates........ Success Criteria .... How will we know when we get there......... Progress /evalution .... Are we doing what we said we would What next? Guest Posted January 30, 2010 Share Posted January 30, 2010 O we call them action plans I have 2 sorts bothe created myself the first was created on excel straight forward chart and the 2nd created on word will try and attach Action plans are put in place when some thing has shown that we need to move forward it can come from well being and invovlment sheet my staff complete, the SEF, Ecers, or general discussion amongst staff Action_plan_template.doc Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
