AnonyMouse_73 Posted February 7, 2010 Share Posted February 7, 2010 Hi Paula, my understanding is that you do not need to register with OFSTED if your creche has children for less than 2 hours at a time. There is a fact sheet here I think you can register on the voluntary part of the childcare register, information is here If you are not employed directly by the CC, you may also have an SLA with them, (service level agreement).
