AnonyMouse_25331
If you do a forum search on 'all about me' I'm sure you'll find a few examples... but here is ours. Hope it helps! all_about_me.doc
Guest
We use an adapted version of Cait's unique child booklet. I'm sure it'll be in the resource library or else do a forum search and see what comes up!
AnonyMouse_79
You would be better to have some sort of parental interview, either a home visit or in the setting if at all possible.

AnonyMouse_20414
I recently took a leaflet posted on the FSF by some kind person and it seems to be working well in our setting so far. Hope it's of use to you. dottyp ALL_ABOUT_ME_BOOK_FOR_PARENTS_TO_COMPLETE.doc

Guest
Thanks for these ideas. We have recently had a transition form introduced by our LA which is great for children who have had experience in another setting, but we currently don't have anything for children who have come from home so these are a great help as induction is one area I'm looking at this year.
