AnonyMouse_2846 Posted February 26, 2010 Posted February 26, 2010 Sorry not sure if it is the right place but couldnt see where it would fit!! we are thinking we MIGHT offer our funded children extended hours at the beginning and end of the normal pre-school day. Have any of you any expereince of this? Does it work? What are the pitfalls? Do we have to get permission from ofsted, leas local council, neighbours? We are full day care. Also do you provide a meal at tea time? Would toast cereal for breakfast their own packed lunch and then a snack for tea be suffice? with of course the usual preschool drinks and snack in between? Do you provide holiday care too? Not school age children just for pre-school children. does this need permision etc? Thankyou for any help I cant beleive Im even asking this I swore I would leave the day we became a day nursery!! Andrea
