Clocks

I had a nasty moment when the man on radio 4 news this morning said "It's nine o'clock on the cusp of spring". Wonderering why he'd said it was the 'cusp of spring', I suddenly had a horrible feeling the clocks had changed and I'd dropped my daughter off at the stables an hour late! Then I cottoned on to the fact that he'd said nine o'clock, the panic was over and I thanked my lucky stars no-one else had been around to ask!

I know no-one here will judge me :o

yes sorry Rea..

I lived in Germany for about 5 years...

it caused problems twice a year when UK changed a week before they did.. so for one week we were either 2 hours out or the same time depending on which time of year it was..

New Year was fun though.. we celebrated it twice, an hour apart! The locals though we were all barmy!
