AnonyMouse_8466
There must be something in the air - my deputy supervisor resigned last week and left on Tuesday. I hope you have luck in finding someone suitable, phoneme! Maz
Guest Spiral
Funny that, I know of two other managers whose deputies left this week too! Maybe it's new deputy week? Spiral.

AnonyMouse_8466
anyone out there There may be many reasons why you haven't had much response, phoneme. I don't know how many members here are from your area, for one thing. However perhaps you need to look at the information you have provided so far - does it maximise your chances of grabbing the attention of members local to you and make them want to apply? How many responses you might have expected from the same advert placed in your local newspaper? Just a thought! Maz
AnonyMouse_73
Hi Phoneme, does your LA provide a service whereby settings can advertise for free through their website. My LA does this, so its worth asking, this would place your advert out for people in your area as well as places like this forum, which as Maz said, we don't know how man members are form your area. I dont know about other LAs, but at the moment we are really struggling to fill level 3 posts and have quite a number of vacancies.

I've had this problem for a long time mundia - I think level 3s are going to become more and more difficult to come by! Maz
