Guest Posted April 13, 2010 Share Posted April 13, 2010 I have planned to do a topic on the 'Story Captain Yellowbelly and the tale of the Terrible Pirate' with my reception class. The theme of pirates has really appealed to them however I am stuck for an idea for a display. I would like to display the children's writing on this but am stuck for good ideas. Any sugesstions? Children could help make their paper look old with tea bags and then dry it out before they write on it. I did pirates recently and the children loved it!
