AnonyMouse_26107 Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 Am considering selling my pre-school which runs during term time from 9-12. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about estimating the value for it? Thank you Quote
AnonyMouse_8466 Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 Get a good accountant who will be able to look at your books and give you a valuation. Also, talk to Business Link who will provide very good advice too. Do you have a potential buyer in mind? Maz Quote

Just wondering where you can advertise the sell of a pre-school? Quote

Guest Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 you could advertise in nursery world but I think it might cost a bit !! unsworth Quote
AnonyMouse_8466 Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 You could have a look at nursery world though - there are people who specialise in selling childcare groups. Not sure how viable it is for a sessional pre-school though, but would be worth a chat! Maz Quote
Guest Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 Try La Salle & Company specialist Business Sales. They came and gave me an evaluation also a company called Redwoods 01204 467176 are business Estate agents. They have nothing to do with me but both seem nice people and very helpfull. good luck Quote
