Guest
Hi there, just wondering if anyone has any ideas!! I take my nursery class every week to the hall and use it sessions where we can do movement and space activities, ring games, circle games etc. I take my objectives from the development matters e.g. jump off and land safely, experiment with different ways of movement etc etc. Just wondering if anyone has used a fun P.E scheme of work or CD with music that I could use for movement and space/ dance just to help me with some inspiration that links to EYFS???? thanks
AnonyMouse_4562
I use the Tumble-tots cds which have lots of movement songs on including those that use bean bags. The children love it and all have thier particular favourites. I also researched the Activate programme and action kids cards which appears to cover all elements of P.E. but they are expensive and probably more suitable for a whole-school approach? Have to say my children would choose to use the apparatus every week!!! Green Hippo x
Guest
We use the Sticky kids Cd which the children love and which I got from Amazon. I also have Nursery children and they love the apparatus too. At the moment we are doing lots of games on the field in preparation for sports day!!!
