Guest Posted June 26, 2010 Share Posted June 26, 2010 Hi, We're interviewing for 2 Early Years Support Workers to work part-time in our sessional creche. We have never appointed one from scratch before and I am struggling to find suitable questions for the panel to ask the candidates. Has anyone recently appointed and could share their questions.
