Guest Posted March 16, 2005 Posted March 16, 2005 I have just discovered this new channel on: § Sky 592, § Telewest 240, § ntl 803, § KIT 70, § HomeChoice 845, and FREEVIEW 47 and last night (2am actually) recorded an hour of excellent early years stuff: § Daily Routines § Using Puppets § The Outdoor Environment Young Learners I have just watched them back and was really impressed! Thought you might like to have a look too if you have access to this. Maybe you could get a friend to record it for you if not - its really worth it! Each slot was abut 15 minutes in length and featured real settings demonstrating really good, child led, playbased practice - hooray! Let me know what you think........
AnonyMouse_79 Posted March 16, 2005 Posted March 16, 2005 Thanks for that comprehensive list! I havent seen those programmes but they sound excellent.

AnonyMouse_2157 Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 we've got teachers tv coming to film at our school next week for a Year 1 maths INSPIRE workshop.... only trouble is i don't have digital tv!!! suppose I'll have to get myself into the 21stC!!
Guest Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 Just finished filming with Teacher's TV. We had a great time working with the crew. Our children were fantastic. It will be shown in September so I'll let you all know! I've just sat and watched the programmes for EY from the Teacher's channel website. If you register you can download them. They then can be saved to hard drive so you could use them with staff parents etc etc. I must admit I found this a lot easier than setting the video! lucyd
