Guest colechin
Does any one who is a member of the PLSA have a conflict of interest policy for the trustees that they can share with me? This is something we have been told that we should have. Can anyone help........

AnonyMouse_1195
If you go to the Governance site and scroll down the page, you will find some examples of Conflict of Interest policies which you could adapt to your needs. http://www.governancepages.org.uk/contents...0Documents.html
Guest colechin
Sorry for not explaining why we need this policy. We have an application form for registration with the charity commission. In this application form they ask the questions ..... do we have this policy. I indicated NO and they have come back asking us to put one in place.
