AnonyMouse_13453
It looks like we are having a new Chair of the Parent's Committee at the first meeting next week. We'll be getting back a Chair that we had a few years ago and last years Chair will be deputy. So, what's the paperwork we need to do - it's been a couple of years since we changed Chair and I'd like to do it right!
AnonyMouse_3139
I wrote to them when I took over as chair but about 7 months later they sent me a form to fill out. I also had a phone call and was asked all the details again. Then when our funding forms didnt arrive I was told by the EY dept that I had to register my address as the main correspondance with the Family Services people because they and Ofsted used those details. Seems everyone has my address and details! I had a previous CRB from when I worked at the group and Ofsted accepted this for my role a chair. AnonyMouse_12805
I just send them a EY2 form (same as for all our new committee members) & a letter telling them of any changes to committee. Did this a couple of weeks ago and they have sent through crb forms now
AnonyMouse_13453
So I send EY2 forms to Ofsted - can I still download those from the site? Anyone else I need to inform? Charity Commission? Local EYAT?
AnonyMouse_3139
I'd definitly tell the charity commission, after this week I'm going to tell them when I sneeze!
