Accident Tracking Forms

Hi All,

 

Does anyone have an accident tracking from where they track children each week/month with the nature of their accident/place they had their accident? So areas can be tracked.

Our accident sheets have a space to allow you to write where the accident took place and what happened. These are reviewed so we can see if theres a particular area that needs attention.

we did same.. had it all on any accident sheets and reviewed it from there.. usually monthly, but if we had a spate of injuries in one area we would usually notice anyway..
