Sadly it seem that wasn't to be. How tragic for her family but I suppose at least they have not been left in limbo for years.

How utterly sad, just awful for her family. I only hope she didn't suffer and somehow her family find strength from their memories of happier times.

 

Perhaps especially at this time of year it brings it home that all the presents/festive celebrations pale into insignificance when all that truly matters is the safety and wellbeing of our loved ones.
