AnonyMouse_13981
Hello all, did I imagine reading somewhere in the EYFS that you need to allocate a 'buddy' to a child if their key person is for example always off on the same day. I have looked and I cannot see it, any ideas would be greatly appreciated Chicken
Guest
Hi, at our setting the leader is the buddy (spare) key person who acts as a back up if key person is away, and helps out with any children who need extra support.
