Guest
I have been out of childcare now for about 18 months. I have worked in retail since leaving my setting. On Friday I have an interview in a local building society for office work. Inevitably they will ask the question ' what are your strengths and weaknesses' So just for fun I wondered what your responses would be to that question. Your strengths and weaknesses as a person and not for the work you do. Be honest
AnonyMouse_4869
strengths - commitment and loyalty weaknesses...hmm could possibly be the same as strengths - hubby often says so! Or I like things to be done properly, i'm a bit of a perfectionist which doesn't always make for a great team player

Guest
I think most traits can be seen as either positive or negative in different situations or by different people. Strength - supportive weakness - I don't mind doing an OK job or: Strengths - can get lots of tasks done to an acceptable standard without getting stressed about being a ridiculous perfectionist weakness - can inhibit others developing independence/ self-reflection skills
