I am in a playgroup and yes i use a digital camera, does this apply for the childrens and families information i hold while they are with us? AnonyMouse_3735 Posted July 14, 2011 Share Posted July 14, 2011 Not everyone needs to register or notify.. there are exceptions... some not for profit organisations are xepmt but need to follow some strich guidelines look here for information on exemption it does cost.. we paid £35.00 per year...and reading up it is still the same now... we notified although at the time we were exempt... was easy to do and they had very helpful information on the site as to how to do it and what we needed to do.
