AnonyMouse_11396
Hi we were lucky sometime time ago to have an artist and a drama/dancer come to our setting, and the theme was mini- beasts. The children made spiders, caterpillars out of clay with pipe cleaners, the children then explored crawling to music it was fantastic. Not sure if thats the sort of thing your after, but have a lovely time.
Guest
buzzing around to flight of the bumblebee? - Let the children listen, then move how they want to, talk about the different movements, then tell them the title, encourage them to move like bees. Maybe make up a waggle dance? Lots of tunnels to crawl through like snails - maybe carrying a beanbag on their back? Tag with one person as the spider, has to catch lots of flies.
