We have a couple of staff members who insist on using scrappy bits of paper for writing their obs on, despite having a nice, easy to use proforma for them. However, we don't keep the scrappy bits of paper, they get shredded and used for malleable activities! The obs are written onto the proper sheet and then filed in the children's profiles.
