Guest
I have since September being using version 3.0 of the profile. After having some problems with our data - missing points and dates changing I checked on here. Realising that we were rather behind with updates I urged my boss to upgrade and that's what our IT guy did for us last week. We are now running on version 3.2, so we have caught up with the rest of you. Our big problem now is that all our data is now listed as being entered in 'sept'. I am assuming that the new system just defaulted to sept as all our all data was in 'autumn b 10' etc format. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can change this without going through each child's record?
AnonyMouse_73
Hi fairyjojo. Do you have a backup of your data? Its a while since I used the eprofile, but it used to save a backup automatically. Your IT guy should be able to find it for you.

You could try group assessment Fairyjo but you will still have to go down each child. Just had a look and cannot figure out another way to do it! Guest
Like you, I have just downloaded the new 3.2 from the 3 and when I opened the new 3.2 version it had automatically converted the data and dated the scale points to the nearest month to the half term where I entered them. That doesn't answer your question I know but it shows that the 3.2 is capable of doing what you expected it to. Deb

Guest
Hi, I am also in need of updating our version of the Profile from version 3 to 3.2. As this is my new role, I am unsure how I go about this. I would be grateful for advice on how to update the Profile? Thanks in advance steffipee
