AnonyMouse_13453
Thanks Mundia. My daughter is thinking of going into teaching at Primary level, and wonders what she needs to do. She has some A levels. Any thoughts or advice appreciated!
Helen
Hi Cait, I'd say that work experience plays a huge part in gaining a place at Uni to do a B Ed. Could your daughter volunteer in a primary school at all? She'll need GCSE in Maths and English (and possibly science?). At Brighton Uni, the grades required are around BBB at A-level, but this obviously varies widely. Have you had a look on the UCAS website for course requirements? Some education degree programmes include QTS, some don't, and therefore she would need to tag on a PGCE at the end of her degree. Hope this gives you a start!
