AnonyMouse_30128
my neighbours cat was run over yesterday and her 4 year old is a bit upset ...does anyone have an idea of an appropriate book to deal with the situation?
AnonyMouse_8282
the 'Mog' one?, Judith Kerr??? It follows on from the series of books/stories about Mog the cat, then he/she gets old and dies. Not the same as a sudden death though.

AnonyMouse_1469
I'll always love you, by hans Wilhelm................should be able to find it on Amazon, if nowhere else. It's about the death of a pet dog, one the boy has grown up with, a lovely story ( always brings a lump to my throat!) Helen
The Sunshine Cat by Miriam Moss is all about a cat who is killed on the road, and how the children deal with it. A lovely, sensitive story and just what you need, I think. You can get it from Amazon here
