Helen Posted May 23, 2005 Posted May 23, 2005 Hi Michelle, I understand group dynamics to be about how the group works as a whole; how the staff relate to each other and to the children, and how the children relate to each other. You can imagine a happy, confident bunch of children under the care of calm, dedicated staff, and then a new child arrives with all sorts of behaviour difficulties......the dynamics would certainly change This is only my impression...I haven't done M6, so I'm not sure in what context group dynamics is referred to.
Guest Posted May 23, 2005 Posted May 23, 2005 HELEN THANK YOU. THE TUTOR DID NOT HAVE TIME TO GO OVER IT LAST WEEK AND I JUST WANT TO GET IT FINISHED. WE HAVE THREE WEEKS LEFT TO GET FINISHED OF. BUT I DO KNOW IF I WILL OR NOT. I WILL JUST HAVE TO KEEP ON TRYING.
