Guest Posted August 17, 2011 Share Posted August 17, 2011 Our Equal opportunities policy includes the following We work in accordance with all relevant legislation, including, o Care standards act 2000 o Disabled Persons Acts 1958,1986 o Race Relations Act 2003 o Sex Discrimination Act 1986, 2005 o Children Act 1989, 2004 o Equal Pay Act 1970 o Disability discrimination Act 1995 o Human rights act 1998 o Education Act 2002 o Special Educational Needs revised code of practise 2002 o Race Equality Act 2000 o Have I missed any and are there any more recent updates I should include.
