Guest
Hi, We are planning to do a mix of activities in our (school) nursery. Many are going to be child led, facilitated by the key group leader, but we are also going to have some that aim to teach specific skills. Does anyone have a list of skills for nursery age eg holding a pencil, beginning to use scissors, washing hands, throwing a ball?? I amplanning to make a list but I don't want to if someone has done this before

Guest
I would not use such a tick list as this so cant add to your list Is an activity facilitated by an adult child led? Is it not better to follow the childs interest and help enhance and learn the childs play just thoughts xx
Guest ShelleyT
Surely you would find appropriate skills in the EYFS document? x
