How do you do you registers?

Should children be time in and sign in when coming into breakfast club and then sign out when drop to school in am? The same process in the afternoon. There are diffrent staff members every day.

How to involve 5-11 yers old to signing in and out themselvs?

Could somebody share blank children’s attendance register for breacfast and after school club?

I am trying to put weekly one one A4 spredsheet ... ...................

Hi Maggie,

Sorry I don't have an example on my home laptop but......

Our sheet consists of a column with the childrens names printed,a column for parent/carers to write in the time when they drop their children off,a column for the time to be entered as the child leaves the club and a final column for a signature (either of staff member escorting to school or parent/carer collecting them. Our B.C staff then take a copy of the sheet to school with the children and a member of school staff signs to take responsibility of the children.

All children self register using photos of themselves which are laminated and have velcro attached.

Hope this helps.
