Development Matters Sheets

Hello there everyone, im in reception and need to track chn's progress on the development matters, does anyone out there have these sheets, or where do i go about finding them please.

 

I'm an NQT and already feel like i'm drowning amongst it all.

Do you have your copy of 'Practice guidance'? It should be with the actual EYFS document. That has all the development matters bands in with 'Look, listen and note' bits and pieces. The following link (to the resources section on here) has a summary which I've used before.

Don't drown - all will be fine and if it's any consolation the first few weeks are always manic!

Oh thankyou so much, REally appreciated. So would i have a sheet for each area of learning for each of my 25 children? xx

Yes that's what we do, but we are pre-school, every 1/2 term the sheets are looked at (some keyworkers do this as they are going along) and we highlight off the statements that the children have achieved.

We use the sheets the link above takes you to but we start ours at 16-26 months as children start with us at 2.
