Fairness_Transcript.docHello Everyone

i am abit stuck on this question of my assignment.

i have attached the fairness transcript.

Bascially i need to pick out the main issues dicussed in this conversation - relating to Equality, participation and inclusion.

so if anyone has any free time could you please highlight or pick points from this discussion that i can anylase.

i know i am being abit silly, but iv read the transcript soo many times - but still not sure what the KEY ISSUES are!!

i did notice however, that there was only 1 girl and the rest were males.

Also how all of them were 'high acheivers' ( being uni students etc) is this right?..

I need to pin -point at least 4-6 issues.

I hope im making some sense.

will appreciate any help i can get..

thanks

Hi Lisa

Have had a quick read and from what you say you are looking at the conversation issues discussed so for what its worth some of these might be up for consideration

Equitable opportunities

Expectations

Reward Systems

Focus on academic achievement with no real acknowledgement of other areas

A person's geographical background

A person's socio economic status

English as an additional language

Appearances

Hope that helps
