AnonyMouse_18910 Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 We have an autistic boy in our new class, I'd like to make a visual timetable but all of the ones that I can find are too colourful, I did stumble across the visual timetable cards & boards that have match stick men (very basic simple cards) but for the life of me I can't find them.....could anyone point me in the right direction? Many Thanks Nicky XXX
AnonyMouse_79 Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 Have a look at communication4all.co.uk. Have you looked at specialneedsteacher?

Guest Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 we use 'widget' which has the stick men and it is used both for visual timetables for ASD children but also to write their social stories. http://www.widgit.com/ Deb
Guest Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 I found some really useful and free software (although you can donate towards it development) that you can download the software which has thousands of symbols. http://www.pecsforall.com/pictoselector/index_en.html It is simple to use we have used it to use symbols around the Pre School and to make resources.
