AnonyMouse_5970
We don't have written consent for this. We use a food temperature probe and food that is being reheated from cold has to reach 75 degrees. We also provide a hot lunch that we collect from the local primary school in insulated boxes. As this food is already hot, we probe it and have to reheat if it is below 65 degrees. We keep a written record of the food we reheat, the temperature it is reheated to, the time, and staff initials.
