Guest
Iam currently looking at tracking the childrens involvement in play and was wondering if anyone does this? and how do you record it? I have been given some signals of involvement and levels to rate the children but not sure if this is the best or easiest way! Thank you x
Guest
The Leuven scales can be useful for looking at this. You can search for them online but there isn't always much found. However if you look at the ABCDoes website and search for wellbeing and involvement on the site you will find a really helpful download from the original research. It can be quite simple to add to observations once everyone is familiar with it.
Guest
we do it by the leuven scales, i get all my staff to record their key children then i transfer them all onto my own list so i can see where everyone is. we mark their level of involvement for well being and involvement.
